City Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for maintaining the fiscal records of the City of Starke. This department supports the City Clerk’s Office in overseeing annual budgets, annual audits, accounts payable, payroll,  and finance related ordinances and resolutions. Chief Administrative Officer, Jimmy Crosby is also over this department.
